ABOUT PROJECT

I have been an interior designer for many years and for a few years now, the search for interior work has come to my life due to various circumstances, to which I am infinitely grateful for having given me the tools to work and have evolved. as a person.

 

The project was born as a need and from first-person experience to be able to reconnect with ourselves, to be who we were again.

Not to get lost along the way.

 

One of the places to reinforce and start this fantastic path and this personal work is in schools, institutes.

 

Spaces of Silence; it is a vital need to create these spaces, where it is proven to improve and benefit many aspects both personally and collectively.

 

Improves concentration, improves coexistence, improves stress ....

 

They are spaces to stop, to grow, to evolve, to be essence, to look for the talent of each one, that is to say the search of oneself.

 

They are spaces that through mindfulness, mindfulness, energy, here and now, we manage to "grow to be wiser."

THE WHY OF THIS PROJECT

Silence in classrooms is an issue that many schools, institutes are exploring these new avenues to improve the academic performance of students and their overall well-being.

 

They have been applied in the United States and France for decades.

 

We have so much external noise and attention outside of us, that we need to focus on ourselves.

 

These spaces have become essential for the health and good performance of students inside and outside the classrooms.
